In Touch Customer Portal Installation and Download

To use the customer portal

• • Must have Point Click Care or Matrix username and password
  • Use Chrome as your browser
  • One time only-  Download/Open and Run the Installer. File is a zip file. Double click to run.
  • One time only- Add the Chrome Extensions

After running the installer and adding the Chrome Extensions close out of Chrome completely.

To use portal

• Log in to your PCC or Matrix account using Chrome as your browser
• Click on the blue In Touch Pharmaceuticals logo on the far right of the address bar.
