In Touch Pharmaceuticals supplies a 24 hour quantity of IV solutions Monday through Thursday and a 72 hour quantity on weekends and holidays as needed. This helps prevent waste if there is a change and reduces costs.

• Within the pharmacy is a USP 797 compliant state-of-the-art IV Clean Room, Ante Room and Order Entry Suite
• IV antibiotic dosing and lab monitoring of vancomycin and aminoglycosides if ordered
• Many IV antibiotics mixed in Baxter’s Elastomeric Intermates, which do not require a pump
• Elastrometric infusion “Eclipse balls” are portable and used primarily for antibiotic infusions. The device can be placed in the patient’s pocket or carrying pouch and allows for the continuation of the patients normal daily activities.
